Baby Eszter

Hi! Welcome back to my blog. I have got some exiting news! my baby sister was born. Read on!

On Monday, 15th of February, my new baby sister, Eszter was born. Me and my siblings couldn't see her just yet, because of covid 19. and maybe because she had a c section. we couldn't even meet her in the recovery room about 4 hours later! When they finally got her into a room on the fifth floor, we found out that the only children who were allowed to go inside were siblings. That was a close call, because it was about 5 percent that they were going to let us in.

Your probably wondering why I spell Eszter's name like that. Well, my parents come from a different country. It is called Hungary. You might not have heard about it. My mum grew up in Budapest, And dad grew up in Pazmand. Pretty hard to pronounce, right?                                                                                  Guess what. My name is Izabella. My name is spelt differently too. Even my Nickname, Izzy. In hungary, things are spelt how they sound.

Anyway, Baby Eszter was soo cute! She was there, huddled up to mum like a helpless wrinkled baby bird! I got to cuddle her first. She fell asleep in my arms, so when it was my brothers turn, mum said that we wont wake the sleeping baby, but just then, Eszter woke up. So Eszter went to mum to breastfeed, because she was so loud.

I love my siblings

  2. Hi Izzy - thanks for sharing about Baby Eszter - I love the way you describe her as a helpless wrinkled baby bird. That really painted a picture in my mind. This is a great piece of writing - you could improve the post by adding an image. I have 5 siblings - 3 sisters and two brothers. What are your favourite things to do with your siblings?

  3. Dear Mrs. Earl,
My favourite thing to do with my siblings is to:
    Read
    Write
    Be imaginative!
I also love describing things, so that is how I got the description of baby Eszter. What are your siblings names?

  4. I asked dad if I could put a picture of her on my blog, but dad said no because he and mum don't like it if our faces are on the internet
